Any plan works, including Starter. The Deal CRM Card, Contact CRM Card, and AI matching all work regardless of your HubSpot tier. One nuance: HubSpot's native workflow builder requires Professional or above. But ProofFlow's review request action runs through our own system, not HubSpot's workflow engine. So even on Starter, you can automate review requests triggered by deal events, without upgrading your plan.
When you open a deal, ProofFlow reads the associated company's industry and employee count, the contact's job title, and the current deal stage. It scores your reviews against those signals and surfaces the top 5 results. If CRM fields are blank, it falls back to full-text keyword search.
