1. Acceptance of Terms

By installing or using ProofFlow ("the Service"), a product of SaaSpirin LLC ("we", "us", "our"), you agree to be bound by these Terms of Service. If you are using the Service on behalf of an organization, you represent that you have authority to bind that organization to these terms.

2. Description of Service

ProofFlow is a HubSpot application that enables you to collect, manage, and display customer reviews and testimonials. The Service integrates with your HubSpot portal via OAuth and creates REVIEW app objects in your CRM.

3. Account and Access

Access to ProofFlow requires a HubSpot account. You are responsible for maintaining the security of your HubSpot credentials. You must not share your access or use the Service for any unlawful purpose.

4. Your Content

You retain ownership of all review content collected through ProofFlow. By using the Service, you grant us a limited license to store, process, and display this content as necessary tocan provide the Service (e.g., syncing to HubSpot, rendering widgets on your website).

You are responsible for obtaining appropriate consent from reviewers before collecting their testimonials and for complying with applicable privacy laws.

5. Acceptable Use

You agree not to:

  • Use the Service to collect or distribute fraudulent, misleading, or fabricated reviews
  • Violate any applicable laws or regulations, including data protection laws
  • Attempt to reverse-engineer, decompile, or access the Service's source code
  • Interfere with or disrupt the Service or its infrastructure
  • Exceed reasonable usage limits or abuse API access

6. Service Availability

We strive to maintain high availability but do not guarantee uninterrupted access. The Service depends on HubSpot's platform availability. We are not liable for downtime caused by HubSpot, network issues, or scheduled maintenance.

7. Data and Privacy

Our handling of your data is governed by our Privacy Policy. By using the Service, you acknowledge and agree to our data practices as described therein.

8. Intellectual Property

The Service, including its design, code, and documentation, is owned by SaaSpirin LLC and protected by intellectual property laws. These terms do not grant you any rights to our trademarks, logos, or brand assets.

9. Limitation of Liability

To the maximum extent permitted by law, SaaSpirin LLC shall not be liable for any indirect, incidental, special, consequential, or punitive damages, or any loss of profits or revenue, whether incurred directly or indirectly, or any loss of data, use, goodwill, or other intangible losses resulting from your use of the Service.

10. Termination

You may stop using the Service at any time by uninstalling the ProofFlow app from your HubSpot portal. We may suspend or terminate your access if you violate these terms. Upon termination, we will delete your data in accordance with our Privacy Policy.

11. Changes to Terms

We may update these terms from time to time. We will notify you of material changes via email or through the HubSpot app. Continued use of the Service after changes constitutes acceptance of the updated terms.

12. Governing Law

These terms are governed by the laws of the State of Delaware, United States, without regard to its conflict of law provisions.
